So a lot of people, like to straighten the torso and stand on the heels or shift the knees forward, thus losing the tension in the hamstrings and trunk. This in turn, shifts the bar forward and makes them push it away from them.

I use this exercise, to build the hamstring strength and trunk strength, to avoid the lifter from straightening up too soon.

We just pause in the most uncomfortable position and have a party there.
Obviously, Howard doesn't quite understand the concept of having a party.
